[Intended use] For the qualitative determination of Toxoplasma gondii IGM antibody in human blood, for the infection screening of IGM in women during pregnancy.
[Experimental principle] This product uses polystyrene reaction strips to solid-phase adsorb human IGM monoclonal antibody. If there is Toxoplasma gondii IGM antibody in the test sample during the reaction, it will react with the enzyme-labeled antigen and the IGM monoclonal coated on the strip. The cloned antibody is combined to form an antibody-antibody-antigen complex, which appears blue in the corresponding detection well after color development through the action of the substrate, which is used to specifically detect the Toxoplasma gondii IGM antibody in human serum/plasma samples.
