[Product Usage]
This kit is used to determine the content of tetracycline in animal tissue, shrimp, honey and other related samples.
[Packaging Specifications]
48T/box, 96T/box
[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The tetracycline antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate, and the tetracycline remaining in the sample competes with the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip to compete with the tetracycline antibody. The color of the substrate is developed, and the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its tetracycline. The content of tetracycline in the sample can be obtained by comparing it with the standard curve and multiplying its corresponding dilution ratio.
