[Product Usage]
This kit is used to determine the content of sulfamethazine in animal tissues, milk, honey and other related samples.
[Packaging Specifications]
48T/box, 96T/box
[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The sulfamethazine antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the microplate plate, and the sulfamethazine remaining in the sample competes with the sulfamethazine antibody pre-coated on the microwell strip. After adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the TMB substrate was used for color development. The absorbance value of the sample was negatively correlated with its sulfamethazine. Compared with the standard curve and then multiplied by its corresponding dilution factor, the concentration of sulfamethazine in the sample can be obtained content.
