[Intended use] For the qualitative determination of human rubella virus IGM antibody in human blood, and for the infection screening of human rubella virus IGM virus in women during pregnancy.
[Experimental principle] This product uses polystyrene reaction strips to solid-phase adsorb human IGM monoclonal antibodies. If there is human rubella virus IGM antibody in the tested sample during the reaction, it will interact with the enzyme-labeled antigen and the strip-coated IGM. The monoclonal antibody binds to form an antibody-antibody-antigen complex, which appears blue in the corresponding detection well after color development through the action of the substrate, which is used to specifically detect the human rubella virus IGM antibody in human serum/plasma samples.
