[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The oxytetracycline antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate, and the residual oxytetracycline and the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip compete with the oxytetracycline antibody. After the secondary antibody was developed with TMB substrate, the absorbance value of the sample was negatively correlated with its oxytetracycline. The content of oxytetracycline in the sample could be obtained by comparing it with the standard curve and multiplying its corresponding dilution ratio.
