[Intended use] It is used to detect the content of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor in human serum/plasma in vitro.

[Principle of experiment] This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide (Nt-ProBNP) in the specimen. Coat the microplate with purified human N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide (Nt-ProBNP) antibody to prepare a solid-phase antibody, and add N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide (Nt-ProBNP) to the monoclonal antibody-coated microwells in turn. It is then combined with HRP-labeled brain natriuretic peptide precursor terminal (Nt-ProBNP) antibody to form an antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex. After thorough washing, the substrate TMB is added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The shade of color was positively correlated with N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide (Nt-ProBNP) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured at a wavelength of 450 nm with a microplate reader, and the concentration of human N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide (Nt-ProBNP) in the sample was calculated from the standard curve.
