[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. Norfloxacin antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate. The residual norfloxacin in the sample and the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip compete with norfloxacin antibody. After adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the TMB substrate was used for color development. The absorbance value of the sample was negatively correlated with its norfloxacin.
