[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The neomycin antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well strip of the ELISA plate, the neomycin remaining in the sample and the antigen pre-coated on the micro-well strip compete with the neomycin antibody, and the enzyme label is added. After secondary antibody, color development by TMB substrate, the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its neomycin, and the content of neomycin in the sample can be obtained by comparing it with the standard curve and multiplying its corresponding dilution ratio.
