[Intended use]
The product was quantified in vitro to detect IFN-γ released by the whole blood cell after the losis specific antigen stimulation of M.tuberculosis, thereby determining whether there was a specific T cell immune response against M.tuberculosis. This kit can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of tuberculosis infection (including active and latent infection).
[Test principle] When the memory T cells generated when the body is infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis are exposed to the tuberculosis-specific antigen again, they will synthesize and secrete the corresponding IFN-γ. Determine whether there is a specific cellular immune response against Mycobacterium tuberculosis by quantitative determination of IFN-γ. Using this immune mechanism, this kit selects specific antigens that exist in Mycobacterium tuberculosis but is missing in BCG and most non-tuberculosis bacteria. Changes in the IFN-γ content in the supernatant are detected, so as to determine whether there are specific T cells against Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the body, thereby indicating whether there is Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection.
