[Intended use] For the qualitative determination of human cytomegalovirus IGM antibody in human blood, and for the infection screening of human cytomegalovirus IGM virus in women during pregnancy.
[Experimental principle] This product uses polystyrene reaction strips to solid-phase adsorb human IGM monoclonal antibody. If there is human cytomegalovirus IGM antibody in the tested sample during the reaction, it will interact with the enzyme-labeled antigen and the strip-coated monoclonal antibody. The IGM monoclonal antibody binds to form an antibody-antibody-antigen complex, which appears blue in the corresponding detection well after color development through the action of the substrate, to specifically detect human cytomegalovirus IGM in human serum/plasma samples antibody.
