[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. Furazolidone antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the enzyme labeling plate, and the furazolidone remaining in the sample competes with the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip to compete with the furazolidone antibody. After adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the TMB The color of the substrate is developed, and the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its furazolidone. The content of furazolidone in the sample can be obtained by comparing it with the standard curve and multiplying its corresponding dilution ratio.
