[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method, pre-coating the nitrofuracil antigen on the microwell strip of the microtiter plate, the residual nitrofuracil in the sample and the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip compete with the nitrofuracil antibody, after adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the TMB The color of the substrate is developed, and the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its nitrofurazone. Compared with the standard curve and then multiplied by its corresponding dilution factor, the content of nitrofurazone in the sample can be obtained.
