[Product Usage]
This kit is used to determine the content of enrofloxacin in animal tissue, milk, honey and other related samples.
[Packaging Specifications]
48T/box, 96T/box
[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The enrofloxacin antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate. After adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the TMB substrate was used for color development. The absorbance value of the sample was negatively correlated with its enrofloxacin. Compared with the standard curve and then multiplied by its corresponding dilution factor, the enrofloxacin in the sample can be obtained. content.
