[Product Usage]
This kit is used to determine the content of doxycycline in animal tissue, shrimp, honey and other related samples.
[Packaging Specifications]
48T/box, 96T/box
[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The doxycycline antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate. The residual doxycycline in the sample and the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip compete with the doxycycline antibody, and the enzyme label is added. After secondary antibody, color development by TMB substrate, the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its doxycycline, compared with the standard curve and multiplied by its corresponding dilution, the content of doxycycline in the sample can be obtained.
