[Intended use] Human C-reactive Protein Immunoassay Kit is used to detect the content of C-reactive protein in human blood/plasma in vitro.
[Principle of experiment] This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human C-reactive protein (CRP) in the specimen. Coat the microplate with purified human C-reactive protein (CRP) antibody to make a solid-phase antibody. Add human C-reactive protein (CRP) to the microwells coated with monoclonal antibody in turn, and then combine with HRP-labeled human C. Reactive protein (CRP) antibody binds to form antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex, which is washed thoroughly and then added substrate TMB for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The shade of color is positively correlated with the human C-reactive protein (CRP) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured with a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450nm, and the concentration of human procalcitonin (PCT) in the sample was calculated from the standard curve.
