[Product Usage]
This kit is used to determine the content of ciprofloxacin in animal tissue, milk, honey and other related samples.
[Packaging Specifications]
48T/box, 96T/box
[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The ciprofloxacin antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate, and the ciprofloxacin remaining in the sample and the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip compete with the ciprofloxacin antibody. After adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the TMB substrate is used for color development. The absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its ciprofloxacin. The content of ciprofloxacin in the sample can be obtained by comparing it with the standard curve and multiplying the corresponding dilution ratio.
