【实验原理】
本试剂盒应用间接竞争(ELISA)法测定氯霉素水平，在酶标板微孔条上预包被氯霉素抗原，样品残留的氯霉素和微孔条上预包被的抗原竞争氯霉素抗体，加入酶标二抗后，经TMB底物显色，样品吸光度值与其氯霉素呈负相关，与标准曲线比较再乘以其对应的稀释倍数，即可得出样品中氯霉素的含量

This kit is used to determine the content of chloramphenicol in cereals, flour and other related samples.

[Principle of experiment]
This kit uses the indirect competition (ELISA) method to determine the level of chloramphenicol. The chloramphenicol antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well strip of the microtiter plate, and the residual chloramphenicol in the sample competes with the antigen pre-coated on the micro-well strip for chlorine. Chloramphenicol antibody, after adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the color is developed by TMB substrate. The absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its chloramphenicol. Compared with the standard curve and multiplied by its corresponding dilution factor, the chloramphenicol in the sample can be obtained.
