[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method, pre-coating the chlortetracycline antigen on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate, the residual chlortetracycline in the sample and the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip compete with the chlortetracycline antibody, and adding the enzyme label After secondary antibody, color development by TMB substrate, the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with its chlortetracycline, compared with the standard curve and multiplied by its corresponding dilution, the content of chlortetracycline in the sample can be obtained.
