[Product Usage]
This kit is used to determine the content of total aflatoxin in cereals, flour and other related samples.
[Packaging Specifications]
48T/box, 96T/box
[Principle of experiment]
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. Total aflatoxin antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip of the ELISA plate, and the total aflatoxin remaining in the sample and the antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip compete with the total aflatoxin After adding the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody, the color was developed by the TMB substrate. The absorbance value of the sample was negatively correlated with its total aflatoxin. Compared with the standard curve and multiplied by its corresponding dilution factor, the total amount of the sample in the sample was obtained. Aflatoxin content.
